​Sage stood out from her sisters, but in a quiet way originally. We'd watch the puppies run across the yard and find ourselves repeatedly asking, "Which one is that," and it would be our "Miss Olive". 

A young couple interested in Bouviers for grooming and showing approached us and things worked out for Sage to become their girl and their first Bouvier. Sage has turned into a smiley and boisterous "look at me" girl.

Just learning the ropes, Sage and her owner Alexis made us all proud as they smiled their way around the 4-6 month Puppy Competition at the Bouvier National held in Ventura, CA in September 2017. But when it was time for real competition, Alexis and Sage competed at their first "real" dog show and was awarded Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best Opposite Sex for a 3-point major at the Shoreline Dog Fanciers Association in December 2017. 

Sage and Alexis took late Summer 2019 by storm and finished Sage's Championship with 5 majors and on the day she finished Sage was awarded Best Opposite Sex over a special. 

Sage welcomed 8 puppies on December 4, 2020 and can still be seen occasionally back in the ring with her owner Alexis.
